Daniel Williams, founder of Survey, brings 15 years of experience in watching and understanding what clients want.
With a deep background working as a lighting tech for some of the world’s most influential photographers, to designing light for household brands like Jack Daniel’s, Hewlett Packard, and Dolly Parton, and on to sharing brand’s stories through images for Major League Soccer, Taco Bell, Raising Canes and more, Daniel has a unique point of view.
He has seen hundreds of methods and thousands of relationships, seeing what works, but most importantly, seeing what doesn’t work. He understands the importance of trust, putting the right people in the right seats, and trusting them to carry forward the passion and precision that is required to share incredible stories.
At Survey, we have two goals, delivering relentless hospitality and chasing irrational creativity. We believe these two foundational pieces set the pace for us to build a revolution for the new generation of creatives.

As Co-Founder and Head of Production at Survey Creative Co., Meg leads with over two decades of experience across film, photography, video, and e-commerce—guiding projects from vision to execution. She has led work for major brands including Amazon, Saks Fifth Avenue, Warner Music Group, and Dollar General.
With a BFA in Media Arts and deep roots in New York and Nashville's creative communities, Meg is known for producing impactful, high-quality content. Her expertise spans producing, studio management, styling, budgeting, and creative development.
At Survey, she leads with clarity, connection, and creative integrity—building processes that prioritize people, trust, and a shared vision. Whether managing large campaigns or small teams, Meg brings precision, thoughtfulness, and a belief in the power of creative work to connect and inspire.

Evan Brace is a Nashville-based director and producer known for crafting visually arresting, emotionally intelligent campaigns that elevate brands into cultural moments. His work has been featured on MTV, ESPN, BET, SPIN, VEVO, CMT, and beyond—each project marked by a cinematic edge and a clear understanding of what moves audiences.
With over fifteen years of experience directing and producing for world-class brands including Apple, TikTok, Yamaha, Coca-Cola, Warner, Universal, Capitol, RCA, AMC, and Sony, Evan has developed a trusted reputation among agencies and creative teams for his ability to translate strategy into story.
